Show our apartments, follow up every enquiry and close bookings — for buyers in Dhaka and Bangladeshis abroad.

About the role

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to turn enquiries from our website, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins into booked apartments. You will represent EDGE to home buyers, landowners and non-resident Bangladeshi (NRB) clients.

What you will do

  • Respond quickly to every enquiry and "Find Your Next Address" request, by phone and WhatsApp.
  • Arrange and lead site visits; explain floor plans, specifications, price lists and payment schedules.
  • Follow up every lead through to booking and keep the enquiry records up to date.
  • Hold video calls with NRB buyers and send them progress photos and documents.
  • Help prepare brochures, Facebook and LinkedIn posts, and join fairs and site events.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 1–3 years in real estate, property or other high-value sales (freshers with strong communication may apply).
  • Clear spoken and written Bangla and English.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, WhatsApp Business and social media.
  • Smart, honest and target-driven; own transport or motorcycle licence is an advantage.
